Recruit Teachers
Cambridge Chinese School (CCS) was first established in 1985. We have nearly 40 years of experience in running a Chinese school in Cambridgeshire. We offer Mandarin Chinese lessons for children aged 3.5 years and over and for adults. The class sizes are kept small to guarantee the quality of teaching. CCS also offers classes for the GCSE exam. We combine fun, games, and songs in our teaching for younger students. Our teachers have outstanding abilities in teaching the Chinese language, Chinese history and culture, and importantly speak standard Mandarin Chinese.
Our lessons take place between 10:00 – 14:00 on Sundays during UK school term time, depending on which class the students are in.
The students will be enrolled in a class according to their level of ability in Mandarin and their age. We currently have 11 classes.

One of the oldest Chinese School in UK
Cambridge Chinese School was established in 1985. It is one of the oldest weekend Chinese School in UK and
the oldest in Cambridge City. There are over a hundred pupils at the school. Our aim is to establish a
partnership between home and school, so we not only teach and encourage pupils to learn Chinese language,
but also promote Chinese culture.
